Himeji Rika Co Ltd is a Japan-based company which business activities are centered on the development, manufacture and sale of quartz glass products that are incorporated into manufacturing equipment used in the front-end process of semiconductor manufacturing. The Company has two business segments. The Quartz Glass Business segment is mainly engaged in quartz glass products for the semiconductor manufacturing process, which are used as key components of various semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The Heater, Lamp, and Equipment Business segment is mainly engaged in infrared heaters and ultraviolet lamps used in the semiconductor manufacturing process and various industries. As for equipment, the Company handles units and equipment that use these light sources, cleaning equipment that uses ultrasonic waves, and quartz glass processing equipment.
