HIS Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the travel business, theme park business, hotel business, and Kyushu Industrial Transportation group business. It operates through four segments. The Travel segment is engaged in the arrangement, planning, and sale of overseas and domestic travel, as well as related businesses. The Theme Park segment is engaged in the ownership and operation of theme parks in Gamagori City, Aichi Prefecture. The Hotel segment is engaged in the hotel business and related businesses in Japan, Taiwan, the United States, and Indonesia. The Kyushu Industrial Transportation Group segment, with Kyushu Industrial Transportation Holdings Co., Ltd. as its holding company, is engaged in the automobile transportation business and real estate rental business. The Company is also engaged in non-life insurance business, mainly overseas travel insurance, the development and operation of room reservation systems and related businesses, and real estate business.
