Homeland Uranium Corp. is a Canada-based company, which is United States-focused and resource-bearing uranium explorer and developer. The Company is the 100% owner of the Coyote Basin, Skull Creek and Red Wash uranium projects within the northern portion of the Colorado Plateau in northwestern Colorado. The Colorado Plateau district has been a uranium-producing region of the United States for several decades. The Coyote Basin consists of three Colorado state leases and 808 mineral claims covering an area of 18,405 acres. The Redwash Property is located in northwestern Colorado, immediately east of the Village of Dinosaur, CO and 127 km southwest of Craig, CO, the County seat of Moffat County. The property consists of two Colorado state leases and 699 mineral claims covering 15,313 acres. The Skull Creek Property comprises 154 mining claims all located on federal Bureau of Land Management-administered lands and one single state exploration permit administered by the State of Colorado.
