It owns, leases, and manages designer outlet shopping centers across the United States. It provides a range of services, including leasing, management/operations, accounting/financial reporting, marketing, strategic/master planning, retailer relationships, acquisitions/mergers, tenant coordination and development/construction/tenant coordination. It owns several restaurant franchises and designs and built a full-service craft pizza and craft beer restaurant. Its portfolio includes the Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta, the Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass, the Outlet Shoppes at Gettysburg, the Outlet Shoppes at Laredo, the Outlet Shoppes at El Paso and Outlets at the Dells. It offers a shopping destination for tourists to the Lincoln City, Oregon coast and residents of the surrounding communities.
