The Company operates through two segments: House brands and Non-house brands. The House brands segment is engaged in the development, trading and distribution of canned seafood, canned fruits and vegetables and canned meat products, and chocolate products. Its Non-house brands segment is engaged in the importation, distribution, wholesaling and retailing of canned food and household consumable goods. The Company’s brands include Hosen Quality, Highway, Fortune, LaDiva, Sincero, Calbuco, Cocoa Grande, Living Forest, Hosen Select, Royal Select, Hula, and Fortune Tuna. The Company’s subsidiaries are Hock Seng Food Pte Ltd, Hosen Chocolate Sdn Bhd, Fortune Melinka Pte. Ltd, and among others.
