Hotel Properties Limited is a Singapore-based hotelier and an investment holding company. The Company's segments include Hotels, Properties and Others. The Hotels segment is engaged in the operations of the hotels and the shopping galleries of the Company as well as the provision of hotel management services. It has approximately 38 hotels and resorts operating under hospitality brands that include COMO Hotels & Resorts, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Hard Rock Hotels, Six Senses Hotels & Resorts, and Concorde Hotels. The Properties segment is engaged in rental and sale operations on residential properties and commercial units. Its other luxury residential developments in Singapore include Cuscaden Residences, Four Seasons Park, Scotts 28, and Tomlinson Heights. The Others segment is engaged in distribution and retail operations, activities on quoted and unquoted investments and others.
