This segment comprises the digital transformation (DX) business and the infrastructure business. The DX business provides information services centred on engineering services and business operations provider (BOP) services, including system engineering services (SES), outsourced system development and maintenance, technical staff dispatch, BOP services for operational support, on-site helpdesk services, and business consulting.
