Profile Summary
Hydraulic Elements & Systems AD (HES Plc) is a Bulgaria-based company that is principally engaged in the industrial machinery and equipment industry. It designs, produces and repairs hydraulic cylinders, single-acting and double-acting piston cylinders with diameter of the piston rod from 30 millimeters to 300 millimeters and maximum length of the stroke up to 2,500 millimeters. The Company also produces telescopic hydraulic cylinders of two types. Hydraulic Elements & Systems AD sells its products domestically and abroad, including Austria, Italy, France, Germany, the United States, the Netherlands and the Russian Federation, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was Stara planina hold AD with a stake of 64.53%.
