HYPER Inc. is a Japan-based company engaged in the sale of computers and peripheral equipment. The Company operates in two business segments. The Information Equipment Sales Segment consists of the computer business and service & support business. The computer business sells servers, computers, printers, toners, peripheral equipment, network-related equipment and business software to corporate users, system integrators and other retailers. The service & support business is engaged in the production of digital contents, the configuration and maintenance of office network environment, as well as the provision of help desk support services. The ASKUL Agent segment is engaged in the operation of agencies under the name ASKUL, which provides office equipment and furniture. The other business is engaged in child development support business and after school day service business.
