ICC writes business in Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Utah, and Wisconsin and markets through independent agents. The Company primarily market its products through a network of 184 independent agents in the states that the Company writes in. ICC also writes workers’ compensation and commercial umbrella policies. Its subsidiaries include ICC Realty, LLC, Beverage Insurance Agency, Inc., Estrella Innovative Solutions, Inc., and Southern Hospitality Education, LLC.
