Iltani Resources Limited is an Australia-based resource company. The Company is engaged in building a portfolio (discovery and /or acquisition) of critical raw materials and metals projects necessary for a clean energy future initially within Australia. Its portfolio of assets in Queensland (QLD) and Tasmania includes multiple advanced growth projects. Its flagship Herberton Project is located about 150 kilometers (km) west of Cairns in Northern QLD. Its Orient Silver-Lead-Zinc-Indium Project is located on its wholly owned tenement EPM27223. Its Northern Base Metal Project consists of EPM 27934 located in Northern QLD. Its Rookwood Project is located approximately 70 km west of the regional center of Rockhampton in Central Eastern QLD. Its Southern Gold Project consists of EPM 27882, located in Southern QLD, about 100 km northwest of Brisbane. The project area is situated in the southeast (SE) part of the Yarraman Block. Its Mount Read Volcanics Project is located in Tasmania.
