Intermail A/S is a Denmark-based company engaged in the manufacture and marketing of solutions within both postal and digital market communications, such as envelopes and other stationary products, packaging, letter shop activities, sale of graphic products, and supply of communication solutions. It offers products and services, which help secure the effective execution and optimization of direct communications. The Company is active through two divisions: the Envelope, which offers envelopes, imprinting and packaging material for printing agencies, printing houses, e-commerce companies and mail order houses; and the Communication division, providing solutions for the execution of direct market communications, fulfillment services, mail handling and loyalty systems based on information technology (IT). The Company operates in Denmark, Sweden and Finland through a number of subsidiaries, such as StroedeRalton A/S, Konvolut Danmark A/S, OP-Kuvert AB, and SW-Son Kuvert AB, among others.
