J-Lease Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the guarantee-related business, with a focus on rent guarantees for rental housing, offices and tenants, as well as the real estate related business and information technology (IT) related business. The Guarantee Related Business segment provides rent guarantees for residential properties, commercial properties, parking lots and rental boxes, medical expenses guarantee services for medical institutions' unpaid medical receivables and child support guarantee services for single-parent households. The Real Estate Related Business segment provides rental brokerage services for foreign nationals looking for housing in Japan, rental management services for real estate owners and real estate rental services. The IT Related Business segment sells environmental inspection systems, develops software on a contract basis, and sells systems.
