JSecurity Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the sales and maintenance of information security services. The Company operates through the Information Security Services segment. In addition to the sale of product units for each service, the Company also provides licensing and maintenance services for the contract period. Products are generally sold as a package including both a license agreement and a maintenance service agreement. Regarding the development and procurement of product units, since the Company does not have its own development department, the development of products planned by the Company is basically outsourced. Information security services include email security measures, targeted attack and ransomware countermeasures, and file sharing services. In terms of sales activities, the Company has established a sales system that includes both partner companies (sales agents) and direct sales.
