The Fund's investment objective is to maximize return on investment to unitholders while seeking to mitigate market risk and volatility by investing in an actively managed portfolio of long and short positions in any one or a combination of equities, debt securities or other securities. The Company's portfolio manager is Timelo Investment Management Inc. CI Global Asset Management is the manager and the trustee. The Fund's investment portfolio include energy, financials, consumer discretionary, industrials, real estate, communication services, materials, health care, consumer staples, information technology, and utilities.
