Profile Summary
Kaiser Reef Limited is an Australia-based gold producer and exploration company with a focus on gold within the Lachlan Fold Belt. The principal activities of the Company include mining, production and the sale of gold as well as mineral exploration and development. The Company’s project A1 Gold Mine Project is located in Eastern Victoria, approximately 23 kilometers south-southeast of Jamieson and 300 kilometers east of Maldon (by road). The Maldon Goldfield is located within the central portion of the Bendigo-Ballarat zone of the Lachlan Fold Belt. The Porcupine Flat Processing Plant is the Company's carbon-in-leach (CIL) gold processing facility located at Maldon. The Company’s subsidiaries include Golden River Resources Pty Ltd and Chase Metals Pty Ltd.
