Profile Summary
KANEMITSU CORPORATION is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the design, development, manufacture and sale of steel sheet pulleys for automobiles, agricultural machinery and general machinery. Steel sheet pulleys, the main product of the Company, are divided into four categories, consisting of single pulleys, double pulleys, poly-V pulleys and flat pulleys, according to the forms and cross-sectional surfaces of the belts used in the engines of automobiles. These are installed in water pumps, crankshafts, alternators, power steering, air compressors and tension regulators of the engines of automobiles. The pulleys are also used in agricultural and general machinery. Using the plastic forming technology from the development of pulleys, the Company also develops and manufactures other automobile parts for airbags and transmissions, as well as gear products, among others.
