Profile Summary
Katsu Mi Japan Inc is a Japan-based company that develops, imports and sells frozen vegetables and frozen foods. The Company operates its business through the Medical Meal Service segment. The Medical Catering business purchases and sells frozen vegetables used as ingredients for medical meals. The Ingredient business imports products manufactured by overseas original equipment manufacturing (OEM) plants on consignment and provides them directly to domestic food manufacturers and other customers based on product standards and specifications in accordance with customer needs. The Retail business utilizes the know-how cultivated in the medical food service business to sell frozen vegetable products to general consumers through major mass retailers and others as general retail products.
