Kingman Minerals Ltd. is a Canada-based exploration stage company, which is focused on sourcing and developing high quality non grass roots properties in favorable mining jurisdictions. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of resource properties. The Mohave Project (the Project) is located in the Music Mountains in Mohave County, Arizona. It lies approximately 35 miles from the town of Kingman with direct access by car from Historic Route 66 and Antares Road. The project consists of 71 lode claims, which are inclusive of the Rosebud Mine (the Rosebud) (593 hectares).
