KME Group SpA, formerly Intek Group SpA, is an Italy-based group operating in production, finance and services sectors. The Company’s business activities are divided into four business segments: Copper; Renewable Energies; Services, and Private Equity. The Copper segment is involved in the manufacture of semi-finished copper and copper alloy products (excluding copper wire). The Renewable Energies segment includes investment in companies focused on: power generation, sale of products and services within the renewable energy and energy saving domains. The Services segment encompasses solutions in the security sector of the automotive market. The Private Equity segment encompasses investment and management activities in real estate. It operates through the unit KME Partecipazioni SpA.
