Koki Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the sale of mobile telecommunications terminal equipment and the provision of comprehensive bridal services. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Mobile Telecommunications Business segment sells information and telecommunications equipment provided by carriers through the operation of carrier stores, and acts as an intermediary for information and telecommunications service contracts, for which it receives various commissions from the carriers. The Bridal Business segment is engaged in the operation of weddings and receptions mainly through directly managed facilities and subcontracted facilities and provision of wedding costume rental and photo wedding services.
