Profile Summary

K&S Corporation Limited is engaged in transport and logistics, contract management, warehousing and distribution, and fuel distribution. The Company operates through three segments: Australian Transport, Fuels and New Zealand Transport. Its Australian Transport segment is engaged in the provision of logistical services to customers within Australia. The Fuels segment is engaged in the distribution of fuel to fishing, farming and retail customers within the south east of South Australia. The New Zealand Transport segment is engaged in the provision of logistical services to customers within New Zealand. The Company, through its subsidiaries, provides road, rail and coastal sea forwarding in support of full and break bulk loads; dry and liquid bulk transportation services, and offers logistical and warehousing services. Its online services include proof of delivery (POD) and consignment search, global positioning system vehicle tracking, panorama, Web mail and agency online induction.
