ktis Corporation, formerly ktis corporation, is a company mainly providing telephone guidance services. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through three segments. The Contact Center Business segment is engaged in the operation of contact centers including KT customer center, 114 number guidance and others, and the dispatch business of personnel. The Advertising Service Product Sale Business segment is involved in the provision of number guidance services and the sale of KT advertising products. The Telecom Distribution Business segment is engaged in the off line retail of KT's fixed and wireless products and the operation of online distribution channels, the provision of customer contact services at KT, the business of telecom wire resale and the sale of KT products through corporations.
