Letus Capital SA, formerly GoAdvisers SA, is a Poland-based company engaged in the financial advisory services. The Company’s activities focus on the field of corporate finance, such as primary and secondary capital raising, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), management buyout (MBO) and leveraged buyout (LBO) transactions, in sales of companies as well as raising capital through the initial public offering (IPO) and coordination of bonds financing. GoAdvisers SA also prepares prospectuses, business plans, information memorandums, conducts companies valuations and due diligence researches. It also helps other companies in restructuring processes. As of December 31, 2010, KDG Invest Limited held a 44.67% stake in the capital of GoAdvisers SA. The Company also runs venture capital fund, which comprises investments in such companies as, Telemedycyna Polska SA, ASSG sp. z o.o., Poltiming sp. z o.o. and Termoexpert SA, among others.
