LITGRID Turtas AB is a Lithuania-based company engaged in the electric energy sector. The Company’s core activities include control, operation and ownership of assets and belongings of electricity transmission system and control, management of companies performing functions of electricity transmission trading and market operator. It’s activities are structured into five divisions: Electricity Transmission, Trade in balancing/regulating electricity, Provision of Capacity Reserve Services, Public Services Obligations (PSO) electricity sales and Other Activities of Transmission System Operators. The Company operates through its subsidiaries include LITGRID AB, which is involved in the activities related to the electricity transmission system operator, and TETAS UAB, which is active in transformer substation, distribution station design, construction, repair and maintenance services. In January 2014, the Company established new subsidiary, UAB Tinklo prieziuros centras.
