Profile Summary
Living House Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly operates a life design platform business centered on the retail sale of interior goods at directly managed stores. The Company operates 32 directly managed furniture and interior stores nationwide, as well as two online shops, LIVING HOUSE. and KARE. There are five partner shops nationwide that are produced using the funds and assets of partner companies with which the Company has signed contracts and operated by the staff of the partners. These stores mainly target families and sell trendy original products and select products selected by the Company. The Company adopts a fabless model in which the production of original products is outsourced to partner factories both in Japan and overseas. It also sells to corporations, with customers such as hotels, student dormitories, condominiums, and model rooms for detached houses. The Company also starts handling Edra, a luxury furniture brand from Tuscany, Italy.
