The Manufacturing Business segment is engaged in the manufacture and sales of headwear products to the trading business segment and the retail business segment, as well as external customers. The principal manufacturing facilities of the segment are located in Shenzhen, China and Bangladesh, while the main market of the segment is located in the United States of America. The Trading Business segment is engaged in the trading and distribution of headwear and other products. This segment focuses the Europe market and the United States market. The Retail Business segment is engaged in the operation of headwear stores in Hong Kong and the Sanrio stores in Mainland China.
