Profile Summary
Mallouppas & Papacostas PCL, formerly Mallouppas and Papacostas Trading Co Ltd, is a Cyprus-based retail and wholesale trading company. The Company is primarily engaged in the sale of household appliances, satellite systems and electrical goods. Its product range also includes clothing, footwear, personal gifts, school items and fashion accessories, as well as home furnishing and decoration products, outdoor furniture and telecommunications equipment. The Company’s network of retail outlets consists of approximately 65 shops throughout Cyprus, as well as the Middle East and Europe, which it operates based on franchise agreements with international brands such as Mango, Intimissimi, Calzedonia, Stradivarius, Parfois and Bagatt. Mallouppas & Papacostas PCL is also active in the real estate sector in Cyprus and, through its subsidiaries, in Bulgaria and Romania. As of November 15, 2012, the Company sold its wholly owned subsidiary, Prototel Co Ltd to VHR Electrical Appliances.
