The Company is engaged in the design, development, manufacturing and distribution of automated equipment for the semiconductor and other industries. The Company offers its services to the semiconductor, consumer electronics, solar, healthcare & medical devices, precision engineering and automotive industries. It operates through two segments: Build-to-print and Customized automation. The Build-to-print segment is mainly engaged in contract equipment manufacturing activities. Its Customized automation segment is mainly engaged in designing, developing, and manufacturing of automated equipment. The segment offers smart automation technologies, including Industry 4.0, Robotic Assembly, Mobile Robotics, High Speed Precision Assembly and Vision Technology. Its subsidiaries include Casem (Asia) Pte Ltd, Automated Manufacturing Solutions Pte. Ltd, Semiconductor Precision Technology Pte Ltd, and others.
