Profile Summary

Matrix Composites & Engineering Ltd manufactures and supplies engineered products and services to the global energy sector. The Company's principal activities include manufacture and supply of capital drilling equipment (primarily consisting of syntactic foam buoyancy) and provision of inspection, maintenance and repair services; manufacture and supply of subsea umbilical risers and flowline (SURF) ancillary equipment, and associated services, and manufacture and supply of well construction products, including centralizers and conductors. The Company's segment is the MCE Group. The Company's products include syntactic structural systems and functional fillers for the civil and infrastructure sector; Nautilus riser protection, buoyancy system testing, conductors and distributed buoyancy clamping system for the oil and gas sector; energy absorption systems and floating concrete for the defense and marine sector, and structural dampening systems for the downstream and process sector.
