Metal Lemn SA Is a Romania-based company specialized in renting spaces. It divides its business into two segments: Business Park and Residential Projects. The Business Park segment includes the operations of rentable spaces in the Business Park facility, which are divided in Production and storage spaces, Commercial and Office space. The Residential Projects operates the rent of two projects: Codlea Residence and Citadella Residence. Codlea Residence includes buildings observing all the safety standards imposed by the European Union. Citadella Residence is a residential district that covers an area of 23,000 square meters, consisting of 30 blocks with a total of 300 apartments and turn-key studios. The Company is active locally.
