Profile Summary
Metalac ad Gornji Milanovac is a Serbia-based holding company principally engaged in the production of household items. The Company offers a range of products including enameled, Teflon-coated and Inox cookware, as well as kitchen sinks, cardboard packing material and water heaters. The cookware is distributed to Russia, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Macedonia, the Czech Republic, Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina. On The Company developed the wholesale and retail network, with shops located in numerous cities in Serbia and four in Montenegro. As of December 31, 2011, it operated through 14 subsidiaries, including Metpor, Metalac Trade, Metalac Bojler doo, Metalac Inko doo, Metalac Market doo, Metalac Posudje doo, Metalac Print doo, Promo Metal doo, Metalac Proleter ad, Metalac Market doo, Metalac Metalurgija ad, Metrot ooo, Stadion Metalac and Metalac Ukraine.
