Metrocon Holdings Limited, formerly Hatten Land Limited, is a Singapore-based investment holding company. It is engaged in the business of property development in Malaysia. The Company is also engaged in business in the provision of space, power capacity and technical support for external customers who are engaged in crypto mining services. Its property portfolio is located within locations in Melaka, Malaysia. Its properties development portfolio comprises five integrated mixed-use development projects and a retail mall. Its Hatten City Phase 1 includes Elements Mall and SilverScape Residences. Its Hatten City Phase 2 is a mixed development, which includes Imperio Residences. Its Harbour City includes a thematic park, a shopping mall and three hotels. Its digital pillars include Phygital, Metaverse, Blockchain, Renewables and Others. It is developing a Malaysia Metaverse, starting with a digital replica of Melaka that features the rich heritage, activities, and key attractions.
