Profile Summary
Mindax Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company's segments include Gold and Iron Ore. The Gold segment includes Meekatharra and Mt Lucky Projects. The Iron Ore segment comprises the Mt Forrest Project. The Meekatharra Gold Project (Meekatharra North), tenement E51/1705, lies within the Murchison Gold Field of Western Australia, approximately 40 kilometers (km) north of Meekatharra and two km south of the Andy Well Gold Mine. The Mt Lucky Gold Project, tenement E38/3336, lies within the Mt Margaret Mineral Field of the north-eastern Goldfields of Western Australia (Laverton Greenstone Belt), approximately seven km east of the Granny Smith gold mine (plant capacity 3.5 million tons per annum) and 12 km southeast of Laverton. The Mt Forrest magnetite iron ore project is operated through a joint venture. It is exploring a regional infrastructure concept centered around its Mt Forrest project, and other surrounding or neighboring projects.
