Mitsubishi Estate Co Ltd is engaged in the development of real estate, including office buildings, residential properties and commercial properties. The Company operates in five business segments, The Commercial Real Estate Business segment develops, leases, operates and manages office buildings, such as commercial facilities, logistics facilities, hotels and airports, as well as the parking lot business and district heating and cooling business. The Housing Business segment is engaged in the construction, sale, leasing, management and renovation of condominiums and detached houses, real estate brokerage and real estate consignment sales. The Overseas Business segment is engaged in real estate development, leasing and supervision overseas. The Investment Management Business segment is engaged in real estate investment management. The Design Supervision and Real Estate Services Business segment is engaged in architecture, civil engineering, interior design and supervision and others.
