The Company operates through two segments: the commercial and military engine business (OEM) and commercial maintenance business (MRO). The commercial and military engine business (OEM) segment covers the development and production of modules, components and parts for engine programs, including final assembly, as well as maintenance services. The commercial maintenance business (MRO) segment covers all activities relating to the maintenance, repair and overhaul of commercial engines and associated services. The Company operates through numerous subsidiaries in Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australia.
