The Company offers data, analytics, software, exchange capabilities, and client-centric services. The Company operates through three divisions: Capital Access Platforms, Market Services and Financial Technology. Capital Access Platforms division includes its Data & Listing Services, Index and Workflow & Insights businesses. Its Data business sells and distributes historical and real-time market data. Its Listing Services business operates in the United States and Europe on a variety of listing platforms around the world to provide multiple global capital raising solutions for public companies. Market Services division includes the Company’s foundational North American and European Trading Services businesses. Financial Technology division is comprised of two distinct units: Capital Markets Technology and Regulatory Technology.
