Navigator Global Investments Limited is an Australia-based diversified alternative asset management company. The Company is engaged in investing in a range of diversified alternative asset management companies, through partnering with management teams who operate institutional businesses globally. The Company operates through two segments: Lighthouse Group and NGI Strategic. Lighthouse Group operates as a global absolute return funds manager for investment vehicles. The NGI Strategic segment holds several strategic investments on a minority basis, including the NGI Strategic Portfolio, Marble Capital, Invictus Capital Partners and 1315 Capital investments. Marble Capital is a fully discretionary fund manager providing capital solutions throughout all parts of the capital stack for multifamily developers and operators. Lighthouse Investment Partners, LLC is a subsidiary of the Company which is a globally diversified alternative asset management firm.
