Profile Summary
Nekkar Asa is a Norway-based holding company in the Nekkar Group. The Nekkar Group’s segment structure consists of: Shipyard Solutions, Digital Solutions and Others. The Shipyard Solutions segment includes the business related to deliveries of ship lift and docking systems along with other products and services to shipyards and naval bases, the Digital Solutions segment is the competence hub that serves both other business areas in Nekkar along with customers outside the Group, while the Other segment includes Group functions in the Parent Company, the development projects within Aquaculture and Renewables and group elimination. The Company’s has two wholly-owned subsidiaries: Syncrolift AS and Nekkar AS.
