Net Pacific Holdings Limited, formerly Net Pacific Financial Holdings Limited, is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is engaged in providing financing services, operating a golf business, and manufacturing and selling luggage. The Company operates through three segments: Financing Business, Golf Business, and Luggage Business. The Financing Business segment provides financing services in the People’s Republic of China (PRC), the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), and Australia, including working capital financing, asset-backed loans, mezzanine loans, and investments in companies. The Golf Business segment involves the sale of golf simulators and the operation of indoor golf simulator venues in the PRC. The Luggage Business segment focuses on research, design, production, and sale of travel hard cases in the PRC. Its subsidiaries include Net Pacific Finance Group Limited and Ben Sports and Management Limited.
