Netstars Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the fintech business. The FinTech Business segment provides StarPay, a multi-quick response (QR) code payment service that enables multiple cashless payment methods with a single application, and develops and sells digital transformation (DX) products such as mini-applications related to cashless payment. In addition, the Company provides telecommunication services for overseas customers and inbound promotion services. Telecommunication services provide systems for overseas telecommunication services and receive system usage fees from telecommunication carriers based on the volume of user usage. Inbound promotion services are mainly for StarPay customers, and include planning and management of promotions for Chinese tourists on consignment.
