Newcap Holding A/S, formerly Capinordic A/S, is a Denmark-based company engaged in the financial sector. It is primarily active in Sweden, through its subsidiary Monyx Financial Group AB. The offering of Monyx Financial Group AB comprises: funds, such as equity, bond and strategy funds, and analysis tool Monyx Valja; fund insurance, with an offering of management of pension savings, insurance policies and direct funds in Swedish banks and insurance companies; premium pension management (PPM), engaged in management of pension capital; and intermediation, active in the field of insurance brokerage of life, non-life and property insurance. It also provides insurance-related services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and saving products. The Company has several wholly owned subsidiaries: Monetar Holding AB, CSV Invest ApS, and Aktie- og Valutainvest ApS, among others.
