It is engaged in the design and manufacture of steering and driveline systems, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and automated driving (AD) and components for automobile manufacturers and other automotive-related companies. Its operations are in the United States, Mexico, the People’s Republic of China (China), Poland, India, Morocco and Brazil. The principal markets for its products are North America, Europe, South America, China and India. Its product line includes electric power steering (EPS) and steer-by-wire (SBW), steering columns and intermediate shafts (CIS), driveline systems (DL), hydraulic power steering (HPS), and software solution. Its power steering & steer-by-wire includes Column Assist Electric Power Steering, Intermediate Shafts, Single & Dual Pinion Assist EPS and others. Its steering columns include Power Tilt & Telescope, Power Rake & Telescope, Manual Rake & Telescope and others.
