Brilliance China Automotive Holdings Ltd. is an investment holding company principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of bavarian motor works (BMW) vehicles in China. The Company operates through two business segments: the manufacture and sales of minibuses and automotive components and the manufacture and sales of BMW vehicles. The Company’s major operating subsidiary in China is Shenyang Brilliance JinBei Automobile Co., Ltd., which contributes about 90% revenue of the Company. The Company is also engaged in the design and remodeling of minibuses and sedans, as well as the provision of financing services through its subsidiaries.
