The Company develops, acquires, and manages income-producing residential housing communities in Canada while enabling residents to participate in long-term housing equity growth. The Company’s primary business is focused on residential real estate assets. The Company intends to develop and operate new housing and provide liquidity options to third-party real estate developers, landlords, and homebuyers. The Company, through its subsidiary NAHF Real Estate Trust, is focused on five residential locations including the Saanich Ridge Development, Mountain View Estates Development, and Glenlake Highview Development, all on Southern Vancouver Island, BC, as well as the Five Crossings Apartments and Revo Development in Kelowna, BC. The Company’s subsidiaries include NAHF Limited Partnership, Saanich Ridge Development Ltd., and Mountainview Estates Real Estate Development Limited Partnership.
