Profile Summary
Oceana Lithium Ltd is an Australia-based mineral exploration and development company. The Company is focused on the discovery and delineation of lithium mineral resources in two mining-friendly jurisdictions, the state of Ceara, Brazil, and the Northern Territory, Australia. The Company's projects include Solonopole Lithium Project and the Napperby Project. The Solonopole project, located in Ceara State, northeastern Brazil, consists of approximately eight mining permits covering approximately 114 square kilometers (Km2). The Napperby project consists of a granted exploration license (EL32836) covering an area of approximately 650 km2 and an exploration license application (ELA32841) covering an area of more than 512 km2. The Napperby project is located within the Northern Arunta pegmatite province near the settlement of Ti Tree, approximately 250 km northwest of Alice Springs and 250 km south of Tennant Creek along the Stuart Highway in the Northern Territory.
