OUTSOURCING Inc. is a Japan-based company engaged in the provision of outsourcing services. The Company has five business segments. The Domestic Technology Outsourcing segment is engaged in the provision of outsourcing services for manufacturers and information technology (IT) systems. The Domestic Manufacturing Outsourcing segment is engaged in the provision of outsourcing services for manufacturing processes, as well as the paid employment introduction services. The Domestic Service Outsourcing segment is engaged in the provision of services for government, stores and call centers. The Overseas Technology segment is engaged in the provision of dispatch services in Europe and Australia. The Overseas Manufacturing and Service segment is engaged in the provision of human resource services in Asia, South America and Europe, and the business process outsourcing (BPO) services in Europe and Australia. The Company is also engaged in the automotive parts business and the payroll business.
