PATENTUS SA is a Poland-based company engaged in production and service of the heavy electrical equipment. The Company’s products portfolio includes scraper conveyors, belt conveyors, coal crushers, haulage platforms, drift platforms, draught lyre coolers, among others. Moreover, PATENTUS SA offers steel constructions, welding equipment and materials, as well as miscellaneous steel products including bolts, screws and nuts. In addition, the Company is engaged in wholesale of office, packing and cleaning products. The Company sells its products on the domestic market, as well as in Germany, Norway, the United Kingdom and Austria. On January 2, 2012, the Company acquired a 70.62% stake in Przedsiebiorstwo Wielobranzowe MONTEX Sp. z o.o.
