Its Cultural tourism is focused on the development of the Mount Yuntai Tourist Township. It has land size of approximately 270,500 square meters at Mount Yuntai Integrated Tourist Township, which is located at the entrance of Mount Yuntai Scenic Area. The Company’s Singapore projects include Tanjong Pagar and Tanah Merah. The Tanjong Pagar is located at 15 Enggor Street, Singapore. The Tanjong Pagar project has a land area of approximately 1,021.9 square meters. The Tanah Merah project has an area of approximately 8,880 square meters. The Company’s subsidiaries include The Place Yuntai Investment Pte. Ltd., Xinghuironghui (Tianjin) Equity Investment Partnership (Limited), The Place Singapore Investment Pte. Ltd., Sky Vision Management Pte. Ltd., Meta Place Digital Pte. Ltd. and Singapore Vast Universe Investment Pte. Ltd.
