Profile Summary
Plato Capital Limited is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. It operates in three segments: IT operations, investment activities and corporate and other segments. The IT operations segment provides e-commerce services, system integration related services, and distribution and marketing of computer hardware and software. The investment activities segment manages investments in quoted and unquoted equity shares, including investment in joint ventures and associates, and carries out funding and/or lending activities. The corporate and others segment represents head office activities and other non-information technologies subsidiaries. Its hospitality and travel portfolio includes Ormond Group, Ormond Hotels, Tune and ECM Libra Group. Its education portfolio includes EDUC8 Group and Epsom College in Malaysia. Its other portfolio is Engtek Group. The Company's subsidiaries include Plato Private Limited, Truesource Pte. Ltd., Plato Capital Sdn Bhd. and Monteco Holdings Limited.
